Placing
your order on our shopping cart is the fastest, most convenient
method of ordering from us. Doing so will also provide both of us
with a written detail of the order; this will avoid order errors and
mis-communications. Orders which we must enter manually for the
customer regardless of the reason will incur a $5 manual entry fee.

we’re busy in the warehouse area working on orders, shipping

receiving products, doing inventory, etc., we cannot answer the
phone. We do our best to retrieve voice mail messages twice a day,
