The intoxicating scent of rose oil (the oil distilled from the petals of damask roses) has worked its magic on men and women for centuries. This absolute is solvent extracted and offers a deep, rich rose aroma. It is used extensively in perfumery. The scent of rose is comforting and balancing. I'm not a huge rose scent lover unless it's directly from my garden. However this one I'm pleased with. Not overbearing...a nice mild sweetness. I definitely prefer this over the Rose Otto Moldova. Will certainly add to my regular oil orders.

I love mixing a few drops of this with jasmine and orange. Rose is always more subtle in the beginning but outlasts the other fragrances longer. So when I use it in an oil, when I wake in the morning, I smell roses. It's wonderful!

A sweet, fresh rose scent ... lots cheaper than rose essential oil, and still distinctively rose.
