Sold by weight. Jojoba spheres are unscented scrub spheres made with natural jojoba esters. For maximum visual impact, use jojoba spheres with colors that contrast with the formulation. The colorful spheres are recommended especially for formulations packaged in transparent containers. Used in lip & cuticle exfoliators, hand scrubs, facial cleansers, exfoliating face masks, body polishers, foot scrubs, liquid and bar soaps, shave creams and shower gels. Jojoba spheres gently slough away dead skin cells and provide a natural alternative to harsh, synthetic, abrasive scrubs.

Jojoba Spheres may be used in M&P soap bases, but we recommend that they be layered in as they tend to either float or sink. May also be used in other soap processes (see note below) and in salt scrubs. The spheres may melt if your soap base is too hot, please experiment first before trying a very large quantity of the spheres. It’s not recommended that they be used with dry salt as they may float on the tub and stick to the skin. Mesh size: 28/60 meaning particle sizes are 250-600 microns, this is the most popular size used by toiletrymakers. Mix several colors for a cool confetti look!

Our jojoba beads have a melting point of 155 deg. F. They will melt down and actually melt at 200 deg.F. Some people use them in CP, but for this the beads would have to be heat resistant to about 200 deg.F or a bit more; ours aren't. Otherwise, they can be put in for rebatch .. they'd only have to be heat resistant to maybe 150 or 160 deg.F for rebatching.
