PHTHALATE FREE.Oatmeal Milk & Honey: This is sweeter than some OMH's out there and a bit more spicy smelling. Nice and strong, and would blend well with a variety of fragrances. A rich blend of oatmeal, farm fresh milk and a dollop of honey. Great for an oatmeal soap. Our tester found that this FO discolored CP, discolored HP heavily. In M&P, needs very good stirring... it tended to rise to the surface, discolored the soap.
