PHTHALATE FREE. Plumeria: This is a very nice FO .. not sickly sweet like some other plumerias on the market. It is also nice and strong. A nice blend of tropical fruits & flowers...brings to mind Hawaii and the tropics. An irresistible blend of fruits and florals. Our tester found almost no discoloration in CP, HP and M&P.
