No anti-caking agents are used in this all natural salt, at times it needs to be kneaded or gently broken up. This salt contains more than 50 natural trace minerals essential to human health, including natural iodine. This salt is beautiful when used in bath scrubs and other bath products. This salt is edible and is found in many supermarkets in the gourmet salts section; it provides many of the minerals not found in ordinary table salt. Salt cures aren't new.
