| HOW TO ORDER, PRECAUTIONS, ETC. - PLEASE READ EXPLANATORY SECTION OF LYE/POTASH CATEGORIES---IMPORTANT....THIS PRODUCT IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!! Effective 7/7/08 the 2 lb. size will no longer be sold by itself, an order for 2 lbs. of lye or potash must include a minimum of $20.00 in other products. We feel we have displayed this requirement in large enough type for customers to be aware of the requirement before adding this item in 2 lb. size to the cart. If you add this item and you don't have another $20 in products, you will have two options: (1) Add the required dollar amount to the order once we notify you. (2) Cancel the order at which point you will be charged our standard $10 cancellation fee. Please pay attention when ordering lye or potash in 2 lb. size.
1) Waiver: Print the Hazmat Waiver Form and fax it to 305-500-9425. The
order will not be processed until we have the completed and signed
Waiver Form in our office. If you don’t have a fax, please
mail the form to Camden-Grey, Attn.: Lye Orders, 3579 NW 82 Ave.,
Doral, FL 33122. The form must be completed only once, we’ll
keep it on file. A new form should be submitted if your
information has changed, i.e., you moved, driver’s license
has expired, etc..
