In order to complete our move as efficiently and promptly as possible, we’ll be closed the week of 8/20/18. Shipping will resume on Tuesday, 8/28/18, as will replies to any emails received during our closure.
As promised, we’re offering three promotions during our closure with savings of $15.00, $120.00 and $200.00. It’s up to you how much savings you wish to receive.
Promotion #1: Order $750.00+ in products, enter code MOVING-200, receive $200.00 off.
Promotion #2: Order $150.00+ in products, enter code MOVING-20%, receive 20% off. Maximum savings are capped at $120.00 per order.
Promotion #3: Order $80.00+ in products, enter code MOVING-10%, receive 10% off. Maximum savings are capped at $15.00.
Because orders will not ship between 8/20/18 and 8/27/18 please do not wait until the last days of this promotion to place your order. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received by our online system. Orders placed sooner will ship sooner. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days counting from 8/28/18 for orders placed since Friday, 8/17/18 at 10:00 a.m. EDT to ship.

$10.50 REDUCED S&H OPTION: Is never offered when a discount code is redeemed, you will be offered regular S&H. It’s up to you customer whether to apply a discount code to the order or choose our reduced S&H option, but we cannot offer both savings at the same time. Should both savings be applied to an order, we’ll remove the one that provides the least savings and charge the card on file for the amount due. Customers are asked not to select our reduced S&H option if they will also apply a discount code.
CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY: In order to obtain the discount, customers must enter the discount code into the appropriate field during checkout, then verify the discount has been applied if the order qualifies for a discount. We will continue to say it again and again: We will not apply a discount manually after the order has been submitted, please do not ask us to do so, we will not reply to those inquiries.
If you are sure the order qualifies for a discount but doesn't see it applied, the customer should click the "back" button and enter the discount code again. As customers proceed thru checkout and before entering payment information they are always shown the products ordered, their prices, any discount applied, S&H and the final total. That is the time to make changes to the order if any issues come up, not ask for a manual discount after the order has been submitted. Once an order is submitted changes cannot be made.
REWARD POINTS: When a promotion takes place, we disable the redemption of reward points. Customers will continue to earn reward points but will not be able to redeem them until the promotion’s over. Should redemption of Reward Points be allowed erroneously by our cart along with the promotional discount, we will remove whichever discount offers the greatest savings and charge the card on file for the reversal. To avoid any inconveniences and delays, customers must not redeem reward points if they also redeem a discount code. It’s ‘either’ ‘or’, customers must not avail themselves of both.
PLACING MORE THAN ONE ORDER WITH THE DISCOUNT: There's a limit of one discount offer during this promotion per customer name, billing/shipping address and/or payment method, please do not apply the discount code to multiple orders, the ‘multiple’ discount will be removed before we ship and the card on file charged for the amount due.
