ENGLISH: Our showroom is not open to the public. Besides our usual Terms & Conditions, our local orders policy is as follows.

We must ask that you please allow a minimum of 2 business days for us to process orders to be picked up at our warehouse; during the last 3 months of the year this turnaround time will increase since that's our busiest time of the year. Orders are logged in the next business day after they're placed, we’re closed on Fridays. We will email customers with a pickup date and time, please do not show up to pick up an order if you have not been notified.
Please make sure you enter a working and properly-spelled email address; otherwise, you will not be able to receive our emails. Local orders will be prepared from one business day to the next only if you select and pay for Rush Service ($20). A local Rush order should be ready for pickup the same business day if it’s placed online before 8 a.m. EST and if the order’s for less than 20 items. Rush orders with more than 20 items may not be ready until the next day, we’ll inform you via email.
Pickup days/hours: Tuesday and Thursday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. are the days reserved for order pick ups. We cannot accept additions to orders which are ready for pick up as doing so will greatly disrupt our order processing routine. If you cannot be here before 1 p.m., please return on the next pick up day, our employees start their lunch session promptly at 1 p.m..
We reserve the right to announce on the website or in our voice mail message or via a notice posted on our doors that on any given day of the year we may be closed for any reason. We're sorry if any of our local customers are ever inconvenienced by an unexpected closure.
Returns, Allergic Reactions, etc.: All sales are final, no exceptions. All orders picked up at our warehouse must be checked by the customer when picked up. We will not accept reports of errors, damages or shortages once the order is removed from our premises. We will not accept returns because a customer experienced an allergic reaction to a product or because a certain product did not work out as expected or for any other reason, only if we made a mistake on the order.
Caution: Do not leave any fragrance or essential oil in the sun or heat, the bottles may explode. Promptly transfer into amber glass bottles essential oils bottled in plastic. Do not leave containers of lye or potash unattended inside a vehicle, most of all if you have children or pets in the vehicle. Lye or potash must always be transported in an enclosed vehicle, not on an open truck bed.
Handling/packing charges for all orders picked up at our warehouse:
*Orders with a total product value under $100.00: $5.00 (automatically charged by our cart)
*Orders with a total product value between $100.01 and $200.00: $9.00 ($5 will be automatically charged by our cart during order placement, we ’ll charge the balance to the card on file)
*Orders with a total product value of $200.01 and over ($5 will be automatically charged by our cart during order placement, we ’ll charge the balance to the card on file): $12 + 2% of the total of the products in the order; i.e., a $325.00 order would incur $12 + $6.50, a $699.00 order would incur $12 + $13.98.
The above amounts do not include the fees to be charged for pails, this information appears below. If you’re not pleased with these charges, you always have the option of selecting UPS Ground and we’ll ship the order to you.
The handling/packing charge applied by our cart online to your order did not apply to pails involved in the order. Charges for pails will be as follows:
1 or 2 gallon pail: $2 per pail
5 gallon pail: $3 per pail
Pail handling charges will be charged manually once the order is finalized. This will appear as a second charge on your credit card statement. Again, if you’re not pleased with these charges, you always have the option of selecting UPS Ground and we’ll ship the order to you.
Pick-up vs. Shipping: We know your time is very valuable to you. Considering South Florida's heavy traffic and the many fluctuations in the cost of gas, it may be better for you to receive your order via UPS Ground since this service is very inexpensive within Florida. If an order is not picked up within 2 weeks of the date of the order, we will dismantle the order, place all items back into stock and apply a $10 cancellation fee + a restocking fee of 20% on the cost of the products for orders with products under $150, 30% for orders with products of more than $150.01. We cannot accept additions to orders which are ready to be picked up. Please place another order and wait to be notified of a pick up date and time for the new order.
Parking while our showroom is not open to the public: Please park at the rear of our building directly in front of either #3575 or #3579. Please look for the blue ramp which is near #3579, ring the doorbell and wait by the stairs, someone will open the door. Please do not park in other tenants' spaces, they will promptly have your car towed away.
Directions to our warehouse: Our local phone number is 305-500-9630, but since we're always busy in the warehouse area you will be answered by our voice mail. We're located at 3579 NW 82 Ave., Miami.
The Palmetto Expressway is about 8 blocks away. If you take the Palmetto (SR-826), get off at NW 36 St., head West, make a left turn at the traffic light on NW 82 Ave. (there's a Regions Bank at the corner), go a couple of blocks past two freshly painted yellow buildings called Doral 1 and Doral 2, we ’re the next building over on your left painted light and dark beige. We're towards the middle of the building.
Miami Beach or Key Biscayne Residents: Take I-95 North or South depending on which area you're coming from, look for 112 West which should also say "Airport". Exit on NW 36 St. (do not head south to the Airport), stay on NW 36 St. until you see NW 82 Ave., make a left at the light and follow the rest of the above instructions.
Broward Residents: Take I-95 South to where it branches off into 826 West. That expressway becomes the Palmetto Expressway. Stay on the Palmetto/826 South until you get to NW 36 St., exit there, go West and follow the same instructions as for local residents.
Turnpike users: Exit at NW 41 St., head East, stay on that street until you get to NW 82 Ave. (Regions bank on the corner), make a right, and follow the instructions above. NW 41 St. converts into NW 36 St., don't be confused.
