When we're busy in the warehouse area working on orders, shipping and receiving products, doing inventory, etc., we cannot answer the phone. We do our best to retrieve voice mail messages daily, we check our emails several times a day. If calling, please leave a detailed message and spell any unusual names and provide your order number. If you don't leave a message and a phone number we won't be able to return your call.

ORDER STATUS: Please look for the order confirmation email we sent when order was placed. The carrier emails you with tracking number once we ship. Turnaround time appears at the top of all our web pages.
ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER: We do not accept changes to an existing order. Please place a new order if you require additional products, all orders ship separately.
TRACKING #: Carrier will email this directly to you once we ship.

PROBLEMS LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT ON OUR SITE: Please provide details and/or screen shot of where you're stuck, if possible.

ORGANIC PRODUCTS: Not yet offered. We're not a certified-organic vendor, only purchase organics from a certified vendor that displays green/white USDA sea.
REWARDS POINTS: BULK items are excluded: Rewards Program Terms.
DECLINED TRANSACTION: Usually due to wrong security code entered or credit limit reached in your account. Do not continue trying more than twice! Contact your card issuer. We have nothing to do with whether or not a transaction is approved, this is up to your card issuer.

THERAPEUTIC GRADE EO's? There's no such thing as therapeutic grade in the essential oil industry; this term will invite FDA scrutiny. This term is generally used by multi-level marketing companies.
EO RECEIVED IN PLASTIC: All EO's on our site, near the description area, have a tab titled "Important Information" which should be reviewed before ordering, you'll find your answer there. All EO’s shipped in amber pharmaceutical grade containers MUST be transferred to amber glass soon upon arrival, do not store EO’s in plastic.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT: Please notify us & carrier within 48 hrs. of receipt. FedEx: 800-463-3339. Camden-Grey: via email.
ITEM MISSING/WRONG ITEM: Please notify us via email within 48 hrs. of receipt of your shipment. Provide photos of wrong item including product label.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship worldwide, please don't select hazmat/flammable items, those are clearly marked on our site with SHIPS GROUND ONLY
USPS: Mainly used by us for U.S. possessions/territories.
HOW MANY OUNCES IN A POUND? There are always 16 oz. in a pound, we dispense by weight, not by fluid measure.
