When we're busy in the warehouse area working on orders, shipping and receiving products, doing inventory, etc., we cannot answer the phone. We do our best to retrieve voice mail messages twice a day, we check our emails several times a day. If calling, please leave a detailed message and spell any unusual names. If you don't leave a message and a phone number we won't be able to return your call.

ORDER STATUS: Please look for order confirmation email we sent when order was placed. Carrier will email you with tracking number once we ship. Turnaround time appears at the top of all our web pages.
ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER: We cannot accept changes to an existing order. Please place a new order, all orders ship separately.
TRACKING #: Carrier will email this directly to you once we ship.

ORGANIC PRODUCTS: Not yet offered. We're not a certified-organic vendor, only purchase organics from a certified vendor who displays green/white USDA sea.

THERAPEUTIC GRADE EO's? There's no such thing as therapeutic grade; this term will invite FDA scrutiny. This term is generally used by multi-level markeint companies.
EO RECEIVED IN PLASTIC: All EO's on our site, near the description area, have a tab titled "Important Information" which should be reviewed before ordering, you'll find your answer there.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT: Please notify us & carrier within 48 hrs. of receipt. UPS 800-742-5877, FedEx 800-463-3339.
ITEM MISSING/WRONG ITEM: Please notify us via email within 48 hrs. of receipt of your shipment.
